Multi-Load / Multi-Pour Systems
The most efficient way to take a multiple of crucibles from the weigh-bench, load them into a Fusion Furnace, then pour molten samples into moulds. Once poured, each row of crucibles can be easily moved to new racks for cooling and safe storage.
When the poured sample is removed from the mould, it is “knocked up” and the button is transferred into a cupel, a multiple of cupels can be loaded into a Cupellation Furnace and then onto a cooling rack. The final stage “Prill” of precious metal can then be moved to the digestion area and analysed.
